Sports Medicine
The Sports Medicine staff is comprised of three attending physicians, two staff certified athletic trainers and multiple work study students. It is their job to ensure the health and well-being of all 300 varsity athletes. They are responsible for the prevention, assessment, management, and rehabilitation of all athletic injuries sustained by our student-athletes. Continuing medical services are provided by the most prestigious facilities in the country.
Sports medicine Care for Saint Peter's College Athletics is provided by the Hospital for Special Surgery. Emergency medical care for all Saint Peter's College students and visiting athletic teams is provided by Jersey City Medical Center, a member of the Liberty Health System.

Dr. Joseph H. Feinberg completed his residency training at NYU Medical Center (Rusk Institute). He received fellowships in orthopaedic pathology at Hospital for Special Surgery and in orthopaedic biomechanics at the University of Iowa. Dr. Feinberg has been the team physician of St. Peters College since 1992. He has served as the team physician for Seton Hall University, 1995–1997, the professional soccer team the Jersey Dragons, 1994–1996 and Jersey City State college, 1995–1999. He specialties include Sports and Orthopedic related injuries and spine and nerve injuries. Also assisting Dr. Feinberg with the care of Saint Peter's College Student Athletes are Physiatry Fellows Dr. Jeff Radecki, Dr. Kevin Pak, Dr. Carroll Cooper, and Dr. Stefan Muzin.

Dr. Thomas Wickiewicz has been in practice at the Hospital for Special Surgery since 1982 and is currently an Attending Orthopedic Surgeon and the Chief of the Sports Medicine and Shoulder Service at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Specializes in sports medicine, meniscus surgery, ACL surgery and shoulder surgery. He spent eight years as Assistant Team Physician for the New York Giants, and he now serves as the Team Orthopedic Surgeon for all Division 1AA College sports at St. Peter’s College. Also assisting Dr. Wickiewicz are Orthopedic Fellow Dr. Catherine Robertson.
